INGREDIENTS
6 Large Jalapeno Peppers
8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp.
1/4 c. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. Crumbled Feta Cheese, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Cut each pepper in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds and membranes from each pepper and discard to the trash. In a bowl combine the cream cheese, cilantro, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir until combined. Stuff the peppers with the cream cheese mixture. Top each of the peppers with a small mound of shredded cheddar. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbling and turning golden.Transfer the jalapeno poppers to a large serving dish and top each pepper with crushed chips or even bread crumbs for texture! Enjoy!
