Roasted Brussels with Bacon & Cashews!

I have to share this KILLER Brussels recipe with you!! I was craving bacon.. I was craving brussels... I was craving cashews... What's a girl to do when you have all these cravings and don't know which one to choose? Toss them all together and roasted them of course! I will tell you, it was So.. so... so good. In case Brussels are your thing and you think it sounds as good as I do..Enjoy!




INGREDIENTS

1 Steam-able Bag of Brussels

Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Paprika

5 Slices Bacon

Handful of Cashews

Parmesan to top


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Start 5 slices of bacon in the skillet. While those cook, cut the brussels in half lengthwise, and toss them in a bow with a drizzle of olive oil, and all the seasonings. Toss them on to a sheet pan and let them cook in the oven. While those cook, slice the bacon into little pieces once it has been cooked to your liking and is cooled enough to handle. Set those aside and roughly chop the cashews into pieces. Once the brussels are cooked, toss the bacon and the cashews on top and mix them to get everything evenly combined. Add them back into the oven for 3-5 minutes so the flavors can cook together, pull it out and top it with Parmesan. Enjoy!
