The Best Belgian Waffles!

With, or without berries on top, this was great! It was fluffy and sweet - and made plenty of leftovers that I was able to freeze for future breakfasts! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

2 1/4 c All Purpose Flour

1 Tbsp. Baking Powder

3 Tbsp. Sugar

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Cinnamon

2 Large Eggs

1/2 c. Olive Oil

2 c. Milk

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your waffle iron, spray with non stick cooking spray, and set aside. In a large bowl whisk together all dry ingredients. (Flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon). In a separate bowl add the wet ingredients. (Eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract). Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well. Using a ladle or a measuring cup, pour the batter onto your hot waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's directions. Serve immediately with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, berries, or any of your favorite toppings and enjoy!

**SIDE NOTE

I added blueberries to the batter last minute and it turned out great!!
